Our Return Policy
At YK Collection, we take great care in packaging and delivering every order. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to resolve the issue.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order — only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
When Can You Return?
A return or exchange request will be accepted in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or broken
- Wrong product was delivered (different from what you ordered)
- Product is defective or not functioning as described
- Product is significantly different from the product listing
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns in the following situations:
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Product has been used, opened, or tampered with
- Return request made after 3 days of delivery
- Damage caused by improper use or storage by the customer
- Minor differences in fragrance notes (as scent perception varies person to person)
Once a fragrance bottle has been opened and used, it cannot be returned under any circumstances as it cannot be resold.
How to Request a Return

Send Photos / Video
Share clear photos or a short video of the damaged or wrong product as proof.
We Review Your Request
Our team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm if it is eligible.
Exchange or Refund
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund as agreed.
Refunds
If your return is approved and a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund.
- Refunds are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
- Refund is processed within 2–3 business days after approval
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Advance payments are refundable if the return is approved. We will refund the full advance amount to your provided account.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. This will be discussed and agreed upon during the WhatsApp conversation.
